Our client, a well established business and market leader of mobile top up solutions and are rapidly expanding with the help of our field sales team throughout the UK. 

The role 
We are seeking the Business Development Manager / Sales Consultant who knows how to negotiate and close deals at SME level. 
You will be working in your local area, prospecting small and medium businesses and negotiating with decision makers to sell the most competitive top up solution in the industry. 
You will be running your own team and taking on coaching responsibilities once you are experienced, allowing your earning potential to grow even further. 

You will get
• Very lucrative commissions per deal;
• Residual payments monthly - earn continuously off all of your live accounts for their lifetime;
• Fuel expenses/phone allowance/Appointments - based on performance; 
• Freedom of working your own hours and managing your own geographic area; 
• Excellent training and support provided to all of our Sales Consultants.

If you’re looking to further or even just get your foot in the door in marketing, then working as a graduate or trainee marketing executive will get you involved in all aspects of a marketing business. The role: 
Your responsibilities can vary, depending on the size of the account you are working on and sector, and whether the focus is on selling a product, service or more focused on raising awareness.

The individual: 
As well as relevant work experience and/or education you should be someone who displays:
· Strong consumer and product awareness
· Good organisational and planning skills
· Excellent written and verbal communication
· The ability to work on multiple projects at one time
· The ability to work under pressure and to deadlines
· Good attention to detail and accuracy
· Strong IT skills
· Good knowledge of marketing techniques
· Self-motivation
· The ability to be a team player.

Our clients are FTSE100 companies with high expectations and forward-thinking philosophies. We all work to deliver quality results for them daily. 

We are looking for an outgoing and well connected person to work in the travel and entertainment business as a brand ambassador. A Brand Ambassador is a person who is hired by an organisation to represent a brand in a positive light and by doing so help to increase brand awareness and sales.

The role:

  • It does not require set working hours;
  • Does not require set location;
  • Pay from up to £10,000 a month depending on generated sales;
  • Must be well connected and outgoing;
  • Preferably strong social media presence;

You will start working with our client in this field and move on to working on The Referrals Agency's promotions elsewhere if the dynamic fits. The client is specialised in organising trips for groups of people e.g. bachelor weekends away and company team bonding golfing, skiing abroad. Cool , young and vibrant atmosphere. There will be opportunities to go in some of the experiences so a crazy fun side would be well received but not required.
